We will assist in writing job ads that will attract candidates and rank high on job listings. We will also conduct salary research to help you decide on the best approach to compensation.

SMART SOURCING: Rather than just posting your jobs on a few popular web sites and pray for results, we proactively search for the right person in addition to posting the job on smart niche sites that will generate a stronger ROI than traditional method.

SCREENINGS: As candidates apply to the job they are asked questions that will pin point the true level of skills and abilities as well as verify specifics of their background. Each candidate that we recommend would undergo extensive "Top Grading" style phone and in some cases face to face interviewing. Candidates can log into the system to see the status of their application at any time, so good will is maintained. Each candidate is graded and immediately sent to you to review, we do not batch them and risk losing good people.

CHECKING: We have partnered with the industry leaders to assist us in full background checks. This part is optional but every candidate that we recommend with have last employment checked (and discussion with last supervisor).

INTERVIEWING: When you receive a candidate file from us to review it will contain resume, work history, salary range and 3-4 key points you should consider about them based on our research. Let us know the ones you like and we will coordinate your interview schedule with the candidates. (We can assist your team with onsite and field interviewing - optional)

How Much Does?
The fee for a permanent hire is a flat percentage of the candidate's starting salary. Bonuses, relocation allowances, and/or stock options are NOT included in the fee calculation — only the starting salary.
No Risk Guarantee
We provide a no-fault guarantee on all of our direct-hire placements. You are able to review the performance on all of our candidates for 90-days.
If for any reason our candidate does not work out in the first 90 days we will replace him/her at no charge. If they leave before the end of 12 months on the job, we will replace them at no extra cost.

Include in your email best way to contact you, the salary, target date to hire, location you plan to conduct interviews and anything else we need to know.
Within 48 hours we will contact you based on the information in your email to clarify details and ensure we clearly understand your needs and desires.
Then we start the process of marketing your job online and to our candidates. Once we identify a strong candidate, we will send you an email with all the information included.
