2. Payment terms
Payment is required up front before work begins. Orders are processed through JotForm and Stripe. Work starts after the intake form, content, and payment are received.
3. Revisions
Basic includes 1 revision, Standard includes 2 revisions, and Premium includes 3 revisions. A revision means reasonable edits to copy, layout, or section emphasis based on the original project scope. New sections, major rewrites, or strategy changes may require an added fee.
4. Turnaround times
Estimated turnaround begins after all required materials are received. Basic is typically 24–48 hours, Standard is 2–3 business days, and Premium is 3–4 business days. Timing may vary based on workload, revision speed, and the completeness of the client’s materials.
5. Client materials and accuracy

6. Domain and hosting

8. Refunds
